TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Whilst sounding a bit formal, the following terms and conditions of sale are set down by MUSLIMAH COLLECTION to prevent any possible sources of misunderstanding.

Formation of the Contract
The offer in this sale will be when the buyer makes an order in person, by phone, email, fax or sms and submits it to MUSLIMAH COLLECTION.
If payment is by money order, the acceptance shall be the receipt of the money order by MUSLIMAH COLLECTION within 10 days of the order date.

Payment
For retail and wholesale customers we accept money order or bank to bank transfer. All purchases made will be shipped once payment has been verified.

Shipping
We ship via Australia Post for orders within Australia however, if you need faster shipping, please notify us so we can use Express mail option. Overseas orders, we will ship through TNT/DHL, a reputable and traceable international courier, which usually takes from 5 - 7 days.

Customs and Duties
Each country has its own policy regarding customs and taxes. Muslimah Collection has no control over this, hence we cannot guarantee that your order will not be taxed neither can we predict the cost of the taxes imposed by these government agencies.

Cancellation of the Contract
The buyer has the right to cancel the sale prior to the goods being shipped. If the goods have already been shipped the buyer no longer has the right to cancel the sale.

Returns
Goods are only defined as returns if they meet all of the following conditions:
Product is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase
Product is not worn outside of the house
Product is not washed
Product is received by MUSLIMAH COLLECTION

The buyer will be entitled to return purchased goods within 20 days of purchase date for a refund. If the goods are returned after 20 days of the purchase date, the buyer no longer has the right to a refund or an exchange or store credit. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If the buyer wishes to exchange a product, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Repayment by MUSLIMAH COLLECTION for returned goods purchased will be by bank to bank transfer only. MUSLIMAH COLLECTION is responsible for ensuring that all goods are fit for their purpose and is free from any fundamental defect prior to shipping the goods to the buyer.

Conformity of the goods
MUSLIMAH COLLECTION will deliver goods which are of the quantity, quality and description as stated at the time of purchase. The buyer should examine the goods immediately upon receipt to check that the goods conform to the invoice. The buyer should notify MUSLIMAH COLLECTION if any lack of conformity exists within 3 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods do not conform to the invoice in a fundamental way, MUSLIMAH COLLECTION will either replace those products which do not conform or refund the cost of those items.

Privacy
Any contact information (like email address) that we collect from our customers are used to send orders to our clients and to reply to their enquiries. We do not use this information for advertisement purposes and we do not sell or share this information with third party.
